At approximately 7:45 p.m., the collision occurred outside of Doce Provisions near Southwest Fifth Street.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sources say the incident occurred in the vicinity of 12th Avenue when a police officer and a red minivan were involved in a collision. The factors contributing to the cause of the wreck have not been reported to the public at this time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The officer suffered injuries to her neck and hands and was transported to a local medical center for evaluation and treatment.
