Ramirez also faces a count of driving without a license.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Police arrested Ramirez and took him into custody early Saturday. He appeared in court Sunday at the Palm Beach County Jail and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
