Police, paramedics, and fire crews were dispatched to the scene in order to assist those involved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The incident caused injuries to at least one person. They were transported to an area medical center for treatment shortly after the crash took place. Their identity has not been released at this time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How and why the collision happened remains under police investigation. Traffic on the highway was reduced to one lane for several hours while crews worked to secure the scene.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances of the wreck.
