They stated that they were struck from behind and left to fend for themselves when the vehicle sped off.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The incident was reported to authorities in the area who promptly attended the scene. Both men were transported to area medical centers where they were treated for serious injuries. They were identified as Conrad Gomez and Gabriel Larrea. Gomez suffered a broken clavicle in multiple spots while Larrea\u2019s lower body suffered serious injuries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They both are expected to make full recoveries.
