The wreck was reported to officials at approximately 12:15 p.m.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to reports, the incident occurred on Interstate 10 West near Exit 26, CR-191\/Garcon Point Road. Two or more vehicles were involved in a collision that resulted in injuries and road closures.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traffic was backed up in the area back to milepost 30, a rest area. All lanes were blocked for an extended period of time and drivers were forced to find alternative routes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paramedics assisted injured parties at the scene.
