The incident was reported to officials in the area at approximately 3:44 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Various responders were called to the scene including police, fire crews, and paramedics. The accident happened on Interstate 75 South near milepost 55. The contributing factors of the crash have not been reported at this time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paramedics were observed assisting injured parties at the scene. At least one individual required transportation to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries they sustained in the wreck.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No one involved has been identified to the public at this time. Authorities in Collier County continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All lanes of the interstate were blocked for an extended period of time on the morning of July 23 while crews worked at the scene.
