Sources indicate that the collision occurred on I-95 near SR-808\/Glades Road.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The reason the collision took place is currently being investigated by local law enforcement officials in West Palm Beach.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All southbound traffic on the road was being diverted off to the Glades Road exit while the crash scene was active with responders. Few details are currently available concerning the incident and its surrounding circumstances.
