The incident was reported to authorities who arrived at the scene approximately ten minutes after the crash occurred.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to reports concerning the crash, at least one person sustained injuries. The wreck was reported to have taken place on Florida\u2019s Turnpike North just before mile marker 74. The wreck and resulting first responder presence on the roadway blocked all lanes for several hours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paramedics treated those with injuries on-site before transporting those in need of further care to local hospitals. The involved parties have not been identified to the public at this time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Police in Palm Beach County continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
