Shortly after the wreck occurred, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene in order to assist injured victims.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to reports, the incident took place on West 68th Street at the intersection with the Palmetto Expressway.
