The family of a man who worked at the Publix deli counter claimed he died from COVID-19 related complications after his employer forbade him from wearing a mask at work. The man&#8217;s daughter hopes to hold the store accountable for this senseless loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other causes of wrongful death include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assault<\/li><li>Birth injuries<\/li><li>Dog bites<\/li><li>Amusement park ride accidents<\/li><li>Dog bites<\/li><li>Truck and motorcycle accidents<\/li><li>Workplace accidents<\/li><li>Construction site accidents<\/li><li>Premises liability<\/li><li>Product liability<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Florida has the <a href=\"https:\/\/stacker.com\/stories\/4305\/states-most-seniors\" style=\"color:blue;\">highest <\/a>population of elderly residents in the US, and falling accidents are the number one cause of death for seniors, according to the National Council on Aging.
